Thanks to mum for a simple recipe! I made this tonight :)
-200g eye fillet
-cut into approx 3X3cm cubes
-coat with olive oil
-heat non-stick fry pan till hot (meat should sizzle when u drop it in..no need to use any more oil)
-as soon as 1 side is brown, turn quickly to next side
-when all 6 sides are brown, remove from pan
-serve with steamed vegs or salad
